I think the staff were very good, but as a patient I felt like I was on a convetor belt.
Suggested improvements
At the start of the day give an idea of how the day would typically pan out.
It was quite confusing to me as a patient, after having surgery.

Just time scales of getting home, but blood tests go to another hospital so take longer.
