I had a virtual appointment and whilst a bit sceptical about how this would work, it worked really well and I didn't feel I was missing out at all.
The pysiotherapist was delightful and explained everything to a level I could understand.
A good experience and I have been telling everyone about it

Under the circumstances ie covid every thing is very clean, the food is very varied and delicious. The staff are very patient and caring, also a nice atmosphere on ward.
