Although not a care issue, I did notice the P.A. system is very muffled i.e. not clear when calling you for your appt. unless it's my hearing of course!

- The staff are caring,friendly and make one welcoming. We are treated as individuals.
Improvements - make it more relaxing ie paintings like the old unit.
Maybe some artificial plants putting the chairs at an angle to avoid patients having to stare at the opposite person face to face.
