Staff are very welcoming, caring and attentive in addition to being professional and efficient.
Each patient is addressed by their first name.
Appointments manage to suit the patient if possible.
Now face masks and social distancing as appropriate, temperature checks.
Only issue today was the difficulty putting on face masks provided at the entrance, uncomfortable.

This is my last treatment here at Pehford because I am moving to Punted, South Donser. I have always been treated very kindly here and welcomed like a friend, this means a lot as when you are tired, ill or emotional it is so uplifting to have a warm, friendly IV unit to come to.

I attend this clinic once every month and I am always welcomed by friendly faces and made to feel comfortable; also, my Ms nurses are always available for me to contact when needed, which is very reassuring.
