I felt genuine concern from the staff. The program was personalized.
Very caring and friendly staff.
The corridors where we did our walk test is quite cold and it would be good if it is renovated.

Individual care received was second to none.
Every care taken by staff that you fully understood what was required and supervision and help given throughout 6 week course.
Hard to find fault!

Flexibility to choose between St. Peters and Ashford continuity of care - although first few appointments were with Sarah, last few were with Kim and transition was seamless.
Therapists took time to listen to what was worrying me and explain (simply) what was going on.
Although I had a relatively trivial injury (mallet finger) my concerns were taken seriously and they believed it hurt a lot (although I understand it's not that normal).
Every appointment was punctual which I valued as fitted it in on way to work!
Liked the fact that I can book myself back in if anything comes up in future.
Super friendly team!

I was made to feel put at my care by the therapist and reassured. She was very thorough with the exercises and a caring attitude.
