My appointment was on time and staff were efficient and courteous. Location was easy to find and parking was on-site and free. My only criticism about the process concerns the letters sent to me offering the appointment and reminding me of it. Each letter contained several pages of A4 because they were only printed on one side. The number of sheets of paper could be reduced by printing on both sides and this, when the number of such letters is taken into account over the course of a year, would save a considerable amount of NHS money (and quite a few trees!).

I had a total knee replacement on January 13th performed by Mr A Unnithan.I couldn't be happier the operation was without any problems.My care on dickens ward was lovely very kind staff it made my stay great.I must say that I have worked very hard on my exercises you have to or you won't get the results no pain no gain if you don't you are wasting the surgeons time and your own good luck to all of you that are needing it done.I am seven weeks post op and very happy with my new knee thank you to all of you that gave me great care.

I was pleased to have this check, and to be given the all-clear.Not so pleased with the lady who did the scan, she was scruffy and unkempt. She was not wearing an overall at all, as the other lady as.

I am very much in favour of any form of screening so as to identify potential problems at an early stage. NHS sent me a text telling me that I was entitled to a AAA screening so I contacted the number given. Arranging the scan was extremely easy and the location chosen was very convenient for me. The actual scan itself was completed quickly and professionally and the staff were considerate, helpful and knowledgeable. I would have no hesitation in recommending to screening to friends and family.
