The nurses not only treated me in a professional manner the first time of attending for chemo and I felt very frightened they alloyed my fears and helped me feel OK. The staff have made me feel well and I owe them all my thanks and gratitude.

Very well organized care. Staff extremely friendly, supportive and efficient.

Staff polite, friendly and respectful as always.
Perhaps offer of a drink during check session would be nice.

Infusion suite was busy so my appointment ran a little late, but no problem, staff were polite and efficient.
My procedures was fine and everything was explained and carried out by an efficient and friendly nurse named Sanjay.
