Nurses Ramana and Gig were unbelievably kind, caring and "on one ball" very little waiting a continuously checking on me.

Kim is very professional and puts a great deal of effort into her work.

Everyone was kind, answered all my questions before the operation, and I was very well looked after in theatre for the procedure under local anaesthetic. A happy, relaxed but professional atmosphere in the unit.

Very friendly staff and very caring.
They kept me up to date every step of the way.
Extremely accommodating.
Gave me plenty of opportunities to ask any questions.
They were very reassuring to my NOK.
Explained everything well.
