Difficult to review really as I never even got a reply to my query. Phoned seven days ago. Receptionist was very vague and didnt seem to have a clue when I said I was looking for prices and information about vitrectomy surgery. She said she would speak to someone and get back to me the following day. I’m still waiting. As a medical receptionist of 40 years,its not hard to take a note of my name and phone number and follow up the query! Needless to say, I’m sticking with the NHS.
