I have had five visits to this hospital and all appointments have been on time and all staff have been cheerful and polite.

This morning I saw Mr. V. Buza at the ENT clinic, my GP had arranged an appointment ten days ago. Mr. Buza gave my mouth and throat a thorough examination and reassured me that the infection I had had gone. Mr. Buza is going to arrange for an Ultra Sound on my throat and mouth. I had an excellent experience this morning, and was seen before the time of my appointment. Thank you very much, Sincerely, Jim Robson Miller

I had a motorbike accident in July 2013 & badly injured my rt hand and arm also had a complicated fracture of my left collarbone resulting in me have numerous operations & many stays in hosp. The care i recd was exceptional both by my two surgeons & all the nursing staff.

Both my wife and myself consider ourselves very fortunate to use Addenbrookes excellent care and facilities. In our opinion this Hospital is first class.

I would like to especially thank the nurses on J3 and the other wards I was on, two in particular in an L ward? Liz and I cant remember the other ladies name, they were amazing. They put up with patients at time when patients are at their lowest and sometimes can be unpleasant to those around out of worry and fear. Addenbrookes nurses for me were so lovely, so caring and I for one gratefully appreciate them. Infact all the staff that were there for both my ops were amazing. Thank you. Lisa

I was greeted promptly and politely, clearly informed about treatment and times and shown to the waiting area for treatment. Everything was within minutes of planned times and additional X ray investigation was done very promptly and efficiently. Pleasant, polite and professional staff.
