This is regarding dr y d Collins and they have one at Goldsworth park surgery too. They don’t answer the phone been waiting for ages. the reception staff Are very rude and have attitude. They need training in customer service every since they have had a new surgery manager in place it’s gone downhill been a Patient here for over 15 years things are getting very bad at this surgery you request, Emergency appointment Don’t expect any one to call you back on the same day.

Train your staff to do the job they are paid for by us tax payers instead of behing rude and unhelpful.
