Because I wanted to make it very clear that I need a real doctor who will listen to me , and answer my request because I really need it , and if I 'm complaining it 's because I really feel it , and often that was not what happened , I don't know what happened in the past few months , many doctors changed and I met new doctors that I liked a lot, and it has been a joy for me, it's the people at the receptions, not all of them are good people, there are some who are very cold and rude i dont like.
For a variety of reasons, there has been quite a few changes in staff working at the practice. We agree with you that improvements can be made in patient experience and we have embarked on a review of all our systems and processes.
