Because I wanted to make it very clear that I need a real doctor who will listen to me , and answer my request because I really need it , and if I 'm complaining it 's because I really feel it , and often that was not what happened , I don't know what happened in the past few months , many doctors changed and I met new doctors that I liked a lot, and it has been a joy for me, it's the people at the receptions, not all of them are good people, there are some who are very cold and rude i dont like.

Suggested improvements
In my opinion I think it's very right to have changed people at the reception because there were people who were very rude even on the phone when I tried to make an appointment, and that's very sad, both the doctors, some not so rude, but I didn't have the patience to hear you, that's not good for a doctor , a health center has to have an example to give to patients and be always ready to help , that makes sense to me .
