The first point of contact, receptionist, are rude ; aggressive; unhelpful; impolite and lacking all the skills to communicate positively to a patient during booking and post appointment. The surgery is collecting survey data to focus on their weak areas but unfortunately practice manager has no clue to improve the service or implement any changes in favour of patients. I complained by sending an email to the practice manager and talked to him today; to my surprise he is unaware of any complaint made or seen such an email. No customer service skills and waste of time, and with this attitude of all the staff, I don't think they ever will improve.

Receptionists can be quite aggressive. One in particular kept huffing at me when she could see I was in distress! What kind of surgery doesnt contact you to let you know that your prescription has an issue, the surgery never takes notes off of prescriptions then make you out to he delusional or the liar! They are incompetent and unprofessional! I am disgusted with how much the surgery has gone down hill. Its the receptionists which mostly let it down!

This is a well run and established practice. In my experience they seem to be constantly adapting and changing to try and improve services. Getting through on the phone is always a challenge, the online booking service is great but it's no good for anything that requires immediate attention. I have always got an appointment on the day if I have arrived before surgery and waited however. They publish the amount of appointments that people fail to attend. That obviously adds to the issue of getting one and is clearly not the fault of the practice. The doctors are brilliant, receptionists too and service generally is superb! I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Joke can never get an appointment receptionist was snotty and sarcastic iv been a patient at this surgery for over 30 years will now be looking for new GP!!!!!!!

The reception will always help you and the receptionist are always pleasant no matter how trying some people are !!they will always try and fit you in .
