This is a well run and established practice. In my experience they seem to be constantly adapting and changing to try and improve services.
Getting through on the phone is always a challenge, the online booking service is great but it's no good for anything that requires immediate attention.
I have always got an appointment on the day if I have arrived before surgery and waited however.
They publish the amount of appointments that people fail to attend. That obviously adds to the issue of getting one and is clearly not the fault of the practice.
The doctors are brilliant, receptionists too and service generally is superb! I wouldn't go anywhere else.
