We've just left an appointment with Sarah. How great it was to have someone like her looking after us! We were stressed and anxious about our little boy (4) who was feeling unwell. We'd spoken to Sarah after completing econsult and she was thorough and reassuring on the phone giving great advice. She then did a follow up call the following morning and arranged to see him in person soon after. She was amazing with him and made his experience of going to the doctor's fun and enjoyable despite the fact he was feeling so poorly. She involved him and us at every point, explaining and reassuring. I think her job is so difficult with so many pressures but she's mastered being patient centered and although she managed everything very efficiently was still personal, warm and holistic and took the time to listen. She's amazing and we've always had a great experience of Wye Surgery and feel very grateful to be patients there.

Prompt advice and treatment by Dr Murphy who is a real asset to this surgery. Also Sarah Dilks who explained everything and was very thorough. After care from Dr Murphy excellent.

Nothing to report on this section, the E Consult is not the easiest to complete and impossible to answer some of the questions truthfully as just says ring 111

My experience of Wye Surgery has been excellent. The GPs, nurses and staff are very knowledgeable, caring and efficient and I could not recommend them more highly.
The e-consult service is brilliant - so easy to use - and the feedback I have received from the GPs has been extremely quick and thorough. They have also been able to offer me face to face appointments quickly.
Patients throughout the UK should all receive the type of care and service that Wye Surgery provides.

I always have good conversations with staff its always extremely clean and with what's going on with Covid 19 never worry about coming in staff really nice

Very good social distancing, seen prompt, very pleasant people
very good system in lock-down, no hanging around, very professional
Reception was very good and treatment was faultless
