We've just left an appointment with Sarah. How great it was to have someone like her looking after us! We were stressed and anxious about our little boy (4) who was feeling unwell. We'd spoken to Sarah after completing econsult and she was thorough and reassuring on the phone giving great advice. She then did a follow up call the following morning and arranged to see him in person soon after. She was amazing with him and made his experience of going to the doctor's fun and enjoyable despite the fact he was feeling so poorly. She involved him and us at every point, explaining and reassuring. I think her job is so difficult with so many pressures but she's mastered being patient centered and although she managed everything very efficiently was still personal, warm and holistic and took the time to listen. She's amazing and we've always had a great experience of Wye Surgery and feel very grateful to be patients there.
