I haven't phoned Wychbury Medical Centre since last year. I always had to end the call as I was in a very long queue or constantly engaged which is I understand, but never did call back due to panic and anxiety. But today was different, as always line's are busy but instead of waiting they give you a call back. How wonderful to call you back as soon as they can. It wasn't to long to wait either, and the receptionist at Wychbury was very helpful. Many thanks for your help today and being patient with me.
