After a poor experience with another practice in the Nantwich area, it was so relieving to move to a practice that is so good. Reception, Nursing staff and pharmacy are friendly and helpful. The permanent partners GPs are very knowledgeable, listen carefully and discuss options for care and interventions with patients. Appointments are easy to book and slots are usually available at reasonably short notice. We have been with the practice for over 6 months now and have been very pleased. I do wonder why there is such a huge difference in service and care from GP practices in the same area.
