Thank you ever so much for your high rating for us as a Practice. We do appreciate that you have marked down due to the amount of time it took to get through on the phone, we do learn from the constructive feedback. We have taken on board comments and feed back and we have increased the availability of appointments. Now, if you call between 8am and 12, you will be added to the list for an initial call back later the same day. Hopefully this will now help to prevent everyone trying to get through on the phone at 8am, spreading the calls out. Positive feedback is highly appreciated and has been fed back to the whole Practice which is always a huge boost for the teams.
