With regards to getting through on the phone lines, we do appreciate that this can take time. We have increased the availability of appointments. So if you call between 8am and 12 to book an appointment, one of the team will make contact with you later that day. From the 3rd April 2023 we have been using a new Online Consultation System called Patient Triage. You access access this via the Worthing Medical Group website or the NHS app. Patients will be able to submit a non urgent requests, sick notes, repeat prescriptions, provide details of new or ongoing symptoms or see online guidance.
