Sometimes it is very difficult to get theough to reception.Often they just do not answer the telephone at all.Once through however you can get an appointment the same day if you ring very early but if you wish to see your regular Doctor then it takes a whole MONTH to get to see them. Most of the receptionists are very kind and helpful and work hard chasing prescriptions etc .They are run off their feet most of the day .Reception is often extremely busy. The reception area is not that clean and could do with decorating.Also it is very small and is restrictive for wheelchair users. There is not enough seating. The pharmancy area is absolutely tiny and gets extremely busy.There is no privacy. It takes FAR too long to get repeat prescritions -2 days ! And if there is any mistake made then it can take up to a WEEK to get a repeat prescription ! It can be extremely frustrating !
