Woodlands Medical Centre has been my Doctor's surgery for over 20 years, during which time there has been significant growth and change. Not unsurprisingly, the Doctors differ in their responsiveness and interpersonal skills; meaning that one searches for an appointment with the specific Doctor that it was felt dealt with one's last issue most effectively. Overall the service and confidence supplied is good and reliable. Recent issues requiring attention have been resolved successfully through a Doctor completely new to me.

Booked my appointment on line on Bank Holiday Monday. Was seen 10 minutes early on Tuesday around 12 hours later. Very thorough history & examination taken & diagnosis & advice provided. No prescription needed. Excellent service, difficult to see how it could be bettered.

Making an appointment is easier via the on-line Patient Access site. This also works extremely well for repeat appointments although less well since Lloyds took over the running of the Sainsbury's Pharmacy. The patient group is very active & well worth joining as a means of improving the service to patients.

A nice, safe and comfortable practice which has definitely improved over the last twelve months. The receptionist was kind enough to ring me to reschedule my appointment and everything went smoothly. I'd forgotten about the self-service check in computer they have. A fantastic piece of technology which saves you waiting in a long queue.
