Online on the day appointments facility works well for me, though I hope it does not disadvantage others without online provision. The practice staff includes some who adopt a flexible and efficient approach to their patient care. For example, a nurse booked for a blood pressure check gave me a flu jab at the same session instead of having to make another appointment. This occurred after I mentioned that I found Boots in Coulsdon more convenient for me to have a flu vaccination. It is rare nowadays that I can see the same doctor. I find making timely same day appointments more important now than relying on one doctor, as I did in the past. I have been attending Woodcote Medical for some 40 years.
