The receptionists are always polite, helpful and friendly. The nurses are fantastic, very caring and professional. All the doctors and nurses have been equally kind and considerate, taking time to explain and discuss any problem.

The appointments are very short while most of the time, the time of the appointment is not kept. Several times, if not always, I have had to wait in excess of 20 minutes past my appointment time to be seen, but the appointment lasts less than 5 minutes! Additionally, you have lost my prescription recently and it was a mess to try and get it done again. I think this is really poor, considering that it was for something really important! Alsom there is rarely any soap in the ladies toilet!

The care is very good. The doctors and nurses I do not think you would get care anywhere else.
