Our care at our surgery has also been excellent. You could not improve it, in any way. We are very lucky to have you all. All the doctors, nurses and staff have always been caring, kind and helpful. You always feel they have got time, to listen and help you if all practices was like ours, it would be wonderful.
The patient and myself are sorry Dr Fields is leaving, you will be missed, thank you for all your care and help over the years. Have a good retirement. Thank you to all.
