I have been a patient at this surgery for 37 years and the medical treatment has always been excellent. Sometimes a problem obtaining an appointment and always a wait as prior appointments always overseen the designated 10 minutes.

Generally don't have any problems getting an appointment, never have and have been with the Surgery for nearly 20 years. Surgery was recommended to me when I moved to the area in 1996 by my Neighbour, who had lived in Whyteleafe for 18 years prior to my arrival. There is sometimes a delay in getting seen but this has never been an issue for me, on an alternative note, when I have seen the Doctor I have never felt rushed and always feel that I get listened to and not just seen and moved on. I don't really feel you can have it both ways so would rather have a little delay. Surgery always lovely and clean. Reception staff cheerful and polite. Doctors fantastic, consider myself and my family very lucky to have such an excellent GP.

Waiting times are disgraceful 45/50 minutes is unacceptable we have families, work, child care to account for.I needed to discuss test results and had to leave! 50 minute wait.
