First of all it's practically impossible to get an appointment, then when you do you arrive on time and are kept for 45 mins. Why?

I wanted to say thank you for arranging an appointment for our 3 year old son at 4pm last week (an hour after I called). Not only that, we received a phone call at 8pm the same evening to say that his test results came back as normal. We were amazed by the service. Thank you very much

We have just moved out of the area after 19 years with Whyteleafe Surgery and we will miss the care and dedication of all staff particularly Dr Tun and Dr Matthews. We've never had too much of a problem getting an appointment - and have never minded waiting to be seen as we know that the doctors are giving patients their fullest attention. We will miss the Doctors and staff very much.
