All the staff are responsive and caring. You are able to see your named doctor which helps with continuity of care and developing a professional relationship. You are treated as an intelligent human being and not a piece of meat! In my experience patient's concerns are listened to with courtesy and any fears allayed. I have been with the practice for more than 30 years.
