I echo the sentiments around mental health. Diagnostic overshadowing was a huge issue for me at this surgery. I also found a couple of the doctors very rude and disrespectful of me making blanket judgments about me because I have a mental illness.

I suffer with anxiety and depression. This health centre has no mental health trained doctors or health professionals. Their website hasn't been updated in well over three years. This will give great insight into the level of of care and professionalism this health centre portrays. Biggest problem I faced is the exceptionally nasty receptionists who have the people skills and compassion of a chair. I now suffer with anxiety attacks every time I need to make an appointment and as such I have a doctor I'm unable to even see because of the dreadful reception. I can't wait to move from this post code area so I can't get away from this appalling service.
