I have been trying to get a call back for two weeks they are failing to give any type of service

Suggested improvements

I had a car accident 8 1/2 weeks ago and was taken to SMH A&E where I received reasonable care. However, since discharge I have been totally unable to get an appointment with ANY of the doctors at either Fairford Leys or Whitehill Surgeries. I have been in a lot of pain in my left leg (which was trapped by the steering column) and have had to resort to paying for acupuncture to try and relieve some of this pain. I currently have a letter of complaint with the surgery whose anonymous 'claims team' tell me will take up to 28 days to reply to!!

Have been with the surgery nearly a year. Drs don’t take time to listen to you or your symptoms, they rush appointments which can be up to half an hour late. Phone appointments when you need to see someone are inefficient as you still have to go in. Poorly run.

impossible to get through to surgery , staff deliberately misleading so they can weasel out of providing the service required of them. would recomend this surgery to anybody who is unlikely to ever need a doctors appointment or a prescription yep that poor. in fact so poor i have been thinking of selling up and moving to find a surgery elsewhere

Can’t make routine/non emergency appointments. Have to ring 8.30am (together with the rest of catchment) just to go on a ‘list’ so someone can ring you back to assess whether you get an appointment - not much good if you can’t make or take calls at work. Overall unfriendly and a place to stay away from.
