I have been a patient for 24 years but recently the surgery has changed new lady on reception very rude lazy like she can’t be bothered I’ve been waiting 4 hours for Karen the diabetes nurse to call me still waiting no call very bad surgery horrible rude receptionist and always new doctors also saw sue the nurse recently she acted like she couldn’t be bothered I will soon be changing mine and my family’s surgery absolutely disgusting service
