Trying to get through to get an appointment is a joke. I spent almost an hour on the phone this morning waiting in the queue, that was after continually phoning for 20 minutes prior to that just to get a space in the queue. When you eventually get through you face the risk of being cut off and having to start the process again! Also they are one of the few places that still say face masks are mandatory and I don't know why - it hasn't been a legal requirement for some time, even hospitals don't insist on it.

Suggested improvements
More phone lines and reception staff. A better system of managing appointments. It seems you are either allowed to book them same day or for 6 weeks down the line and nothing in between!
