Can't always get an appointment by telephone and when you get through the appointments are all taken ,the only way to get one is to go down at 8am

Westgate Surgery is excellent. Dr Williams is a lovely, caring GP and the nurses are all great too. Staff on reception are usually very helpful. We feel very fortunate to be registered with the Practice.
Suggested improvements
I don’t like the new QR codes for checking in for appointments. I haven’t used them.
