I was sent for a scan the appointment was made for a Saturday on the Monday after at 8.30am Dr Williams rang me with the results and sent me for more tests . My experience has been much better than I could have wished for. To the reception and admin staff Nurses and Doctors thank you for such a good service I appreciate you all.Stephen Voak

My gp Dr vish us always understanding of the issues in health that I suffer with. Is always kind and let's me talk but also he listens and hears. Julia my assigned nurse is marvellous kind gentle and listens to me going on about problems healthwise which is a goid stress reliever I am so grateful for all she does for me. Michelle on reception is friendly kind helps in anyway she can and uts nice to have a friendly face as your first port of call when u enter the surgery. These 3 are the ones i deal with mainly but all staff afd helpful, from the lady doing prescriptions to staff you phone in things about so they I find are one if the best surgery's in our area.

Only think sometimes some of reception staff coukc do with listening before they go off phone but mist are OK so its not a big issue

Received my letter for a routine screening, called and was able to get an appointment that week. At the appointment the nurse was very helpful, very courteous and answered all my questions. The procedure was quick, painless and overall handled very well.

Nothing could be done better.

Telephone system not working. Get to number one in the queue and it just rings and rings with no one answering. Went into reception to report it. Surprisingly no phones were ringing and no one was on the phone! Receptionist not really interested. Said they had had problems but phone had been ringing constantly. Just not then strangely! About my medical issue was told to call back on Monday. The irony!!

Fix the phone!
