Since you have brought in the new telephone queuing system , it is almost impossible to get through. Today I started to call about a referall, and was number 2 in the queue, "ok I'm on my way" but after 10 minutes I was still number two. When I called half hour latr I was now number 8!
Have you reduced the front office staff to replace them with a cheaper automatic telephone system?
