This surgery is excellent in every respect , and as a former registered nurse , I am alert to everything around all things medical ! I have been a patient for the last 25 years and it has always been first class . The doctors , nurses and reception staff are professional , caring and extremely helpful . I just can’t fault it , and was sad to leave as I moved to Cumbria . Well done everyone and thankyou !

Getting an appointment via the online service is very straightforward and I have never had any difficulty obtain an appointment within a couple of days, and with the doctor I choose. Reception staff are helpful and polite, the surgery is clean and welcoming. I would be perfectly happy to see either of the GPs, both take time to explain their thinking and to discuss with you what they are planning. Both are caring, courteous and respectful, and manage to make you feel like you are their only patient of the day even when you are probably the 20th. I have also seen the nurse, again very professional but approachable and supportive. All in all the practice as a whole makes me feel very welcome and safe, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone.

The doctors are great but i find the admin staff over confident but incompetent. Too many mistakes are made with the new computer system. When mistakes are made they always seem to have a reason which sounds more like an excuse. In my opinion the surgery is poorly managed.

Difficult getting an appointment as none available to prebook. Only option is to ring on the morning and hope you can get an appointment that day. That isn't always easy as the line is constantly engaged and when you do get through there seems to be a lack of doctors available (one doctor on her own this week apparently). The approach of having to ring on the day makes life very difficult when I have to work a long distance away.

I could not have had better service today. I was seeing the practice nurse but needed to book another appointment to see the doctor. I was given several options and eventually managed to see the doctor before leaving, with very little waiting time. The receptionists were very friendly and showed genuine patient concern Thank you!
