This is just from my experience. I have used the surgery for around 17 years and I have found if anything it has got worse rather than better. When I make an appointment to see the doctor at a certain time, I get there at that time but I am kept waiting up to half an hour before being seen even though there are a few people in the waiting room. When I order my tablets and the phone eventually gets answered it used to be the next day then it was 2 says and now its 3 days so I have to keep check that I dont run out over a weekend or bank holiday and calculate if I have enough. To top it all, when I went to collect my medication in the freezing pouring rain, I was confronted with the surgery being shut, without any warning that it was being closed for so called training, (what the whole surgery and dispensary ?) so I ended up without my medication for the next day. I registered online so I could order my repeat prescriptions without the hassle of wondering if the phone would be answered just to find that the website wouldn't accept my password even though it was the correct one, twice that happened, no I am sorry but its not the best.
