I've been with the surgery over 20 years now and it's brilliant !!! OK, sometimes there is a wait to see the Doctor if they are running late, but I'd personally rather have a wait than be "herded" quickly in and out.
I like the fact that the Doctor or Nurse takes the time to put you at ease before finding out the problem; I also like the fact that I'm not rushed. This practise is far better than one my Mother uses where you can't get an appointment for 2 months !!
Ayton Surgery is an excellent practise where you get personal service; nothing is too much trouble and they care about their patients from the moment you make the call to the Surgery to speak to the receptionist, to seeing either the Doctor or the Nurse. 5-star all the way for me !!
