Very difficult to reach on the phone, they prefer contact via the internet. You'll be offered an e-consultation after filling out lengthy forms. You may be offered a phone consultation on a specific date - but not a time (so could be anytime on that day). You have to push to actually see a doctor and even then you'll wait 3-4 weeks unless it's deemed urgent by the receptionist.
