I have long term problems and can honestly say that I have never been let down by this practice. The receptionists have a hard job to do with little thanks and still manage to smile. The only problem I find is getting through to the practice between 8-8.30. It would be better if it was an hour and not only half an hour. The doctors really care about their patients but they are human beings too and not miracle workers. Some people complain about the NHS but what about all the people who don’t complain. Keep up the good work. You are appreciated.

Try to make it easier to book appointments. Maybe pre book more appointments? Also, it would better if there were more doctors due to the huge explosion of new homes/families over the we past few years.

I have been so very impressed with the help and support I have received from all at this practice. If you call in between 8 and 8.30 am you almost always can get an appointment with the doctor of your choice if they are at work that day. Ok some times they may be running late when you check in but if you are the patient that needs the extra time you will not be rushed out of the door. I feel lucky to be able to use Wellside - keep up the good work.

In the past 5 years I can honestly say that 95% of all my visits to Wellside surgery have been a complete waste of my time. As a result my quality of life is greatly depreciated. There is nothing that I couldn't have gotten from the internet. You will not find any help at this surgery, I just hope that my life doesn't depend on it one day. That has been my experience.
