The on the day appointment line is inconvenient for most, but with a chronic illness it is nearly impossible to get seen as it can take several days of trying to get though, and that is not sustainable with such a condition. As a result I have not received timely treatment for things, exacerbating my illness. When you can get in you are unlikely to see the same doctor twice, so will have to start from square 1 everything. The doctors I have found generally to be unhelpful, not giving information, asking patients to diagnose themselves, demanding unrelated tests before agreeing to any course of action, if at all. Repeat prescriptions require a consultation every time so my partner has been left without important meds for weeks at a time. If you've come from a different area don't expect them to help you transfer easily.

Ridiculous for an emergency appointment none available ring back Monday! Not helpful at all, thought it was a 1 off last time I called but no got a call back previously on an appointment dr called once and hung up before I answered then when I called back put on the system they called 3 times which it wasn't and said I had to rebook....joke I know the NHS are struggling but simple care and understanding should still be given yet seems they just cba with anyone anymore...get some new drs in and stick them on the dole if they don't want to do their job

Myself and my family have been with this surgery for many years. We have always been very pleased with our care. Dr Lawson is a wonderful Dr. Very caring, professional and goes out of his way to make you feel relaxed and cared for. We can’t praise this surgery enough. To the Dr’s Practitioners Nurses. Reception staff Thankyou You work hard and deserve positive feedback. ( Thankyou Angela for always being happy when you pick up the phone and trying your best, it’s always appreciated.)The demands on the nhs are extreme and you all do a great job

There is a lack in consistancy with the decitions made by the doctors one will tell you on thing e.g.. stop takeing that medicine take this etc getting an appointment is dreadful and I mean dreadful the receptionists always sound genuinely like then want to help which is nice. Seen every doctor this week and my issue hasn't been sorted been to Ane as advised they sent me back to doctors to the point where feel I want to give up still have an issue but feel pointless going or calling again
