The website does not show always the link for making a choice of any appointment available, if any. You don't know. There is the possibility to book for other surgeries in the area, but not welling medical practice. The receptionists in both centres of the practice are moody mostly, there are exceptions when they are polite. The waiting rooms are stuffy and unaired. There are no air purifiers or no doors/windows opened. The nurses and doctors are not evenly hired and there are weeks when such are absent. The managers of the practice need to know simple management rules so that they supply the hired labour evenly throughout the days, weeks, seasons. Very bad management which results to lack of all: smooth running of website, smooth running of the buildings they put into their own care, polite receptionist's who should be thought that when at work you smile and attend with care to customers, not turn their backs to a ringing telephone. It is extremely frustrating that not only one cannot always find a link for Appointments on the site, because the search engine doesn't generate it at any time, but when you see someone at a time convenient for you, you are not always given the right of involvement in the decision for the way further with your health management.

Suggested improvements
Make sure that the search engine always, with no exceptions, bring the out the link for Appointments. It is a matter of your payment to your site management. Make sure that your administrative staff is polite and actually does move their bodies from head to toes: smile when you pick up the phone, smile when you lift your eyes to welcome anyone coming through the door, walk to open doors and let fresh air in, get up to close and adjust them when it rains outside, go nextdoor to get a form.... Start being family doctors not 1point coupon providers. Doctors should stop seeing people for one X thing. We all have bodies which are a puzzle of milliard cells and functions and it's not one X thing at a time hurting. Keep reminding doctors that family doctors should always take into their conclusions the serious past injuries, operations, treatments of the body of the patient. Stop allowing 10minutes per ENTRY in the doctor's room because this is not sufficient for reading through the past medical history, addressing the current condition of the patient and writing what they need to in the computers

This surgery is awful, you can never get an appointment and all staff including nurses and doctors are rude. They have only recently turned off their E-consult they had during COVID, which meant you had a fill in a form before being able to speak to a doctor. They have previously taken ages to send prescriptions to chemist with the need for constant chasing, not completed hospital referrals and the last straw has been this week. I went in 2020 to the skin nurse for a growth to be removed on my leg, had to wait 2 years for an appointment to remove it, as she wasn't doing minor surgery during Covid- not to sure why that couldn't happen, another Covid excuse they used. Receptionist called to book an appointment back in May which I wrote down straight away, I called this week to confirm the time only to be told I wasn't on the list for minor surgery that day and I must be making it up. Person in charge of booking minor surgeries then told me she didn't remember calling me, so I'm guessing its just by coincidence I happen to have it written down on the date and time she is doing minor surgery that month is it? Considering she only does them twice a month anyway. They told me I didn't have an appointment end of, wasn't helpful or admit they made the mistake, just kept saying they didn't call me to make the appointment . Staff are beyond rude and so unhelpful, doctors aren't much better either. Already been told growth is two different things by the same nurse....not professional at all. Am moving whole family away from this surgery, other family members are registered here and receive shocking treatment. I don't understand by looking at other reviews how they aren't under investigation or even better shut down or all staff replaced.

Suggested improvements
changing whole attitude towards patients and providing better service and care.

First appointment available was in two and a half weeks time! Mix up with prescriptions, staff tell you contradictory information. Rude and dismissive attitude, very poor customer care!

If you want great care. Find another surgery. One morning I called 33 times before I managed to get through, I was then told there were no appointments available for at least two weeks. The receptionists are rude and unprofessional, their usual answer if you complain about there being no appointments, is go to A&E. The surgery is very poorly run.

Fabulous surgery... never have to wait, brilliant reception, always more than helpful. Doctors have always listened and been thorough. I’ve just had minor surgery and was made to feel comfortable and relaxed. Nothing was too much trouble, thank you
