Ahh, the waterside medical centre, Leamington Spa. An abysmal group of GPs! They have no time (even within your 10 Min time slot) to listen or care (especially with mental health!! I took my partner along the last time I had to go in incase I was imagining the bad manners, but he was appalled by the GP's behaviour towards me, and she just treated us both badly rather than just me alone! but what can you do apart from warn others!) I save up and go private as much as I can now. A few years ago I even had a female GP there refuse to give me a prostate exam! She said she doesn't do 'MALE SEXUAL HEALTH' examinations! (I had to sit and wait around for 45mins until a male GP was available (thanks Male GP! He was good btw and everything was fine)..I was supposed to be back at work by then (I didn't want to be there anyway..no matter which gender the finger belonged to, but I had to get it done! but it put me off doing it again!! that's really not good!!) Resist the call to sign up with this bunch of uninterested miseries..or try and get a male GP..they seem better!!

Give your 'main' receptionist a reality check, and your female GP's need to go back to 'school'. I would never treat an Ill person the way your staff do....and they get paid for it!!!!!

Great surgery, easy to book appointment online, good website. In particular wanted to praise one of the practice nurses, Nurse Tew, really good nurse, extremely thorough, makes you feel at ease. Some moan about the parking but there is a cheap pay and display within walking distance with plenty of spaces for 50p for an hour's stay or less if you want 30 mins.

I have been registered at this practice for the last 11 months & I've been very impressed. Don't usually have to visit GP much but have had a few problems this year which have been dealt with really efficiently by both GP and nurses, really good appointment availability both on the day and online. In particular this week I was in excruciating pain & didn't even need to come & see GP, explained to receptionist what problem was & a prescription was waiting for me later that day and its worked miracles (hence my need to write this review!) so grateful!
