I phoned this surgery yesterday morning at 9am. I had a sore throat & as a singer having several solos this time of year, needed to see a doctor quickly. I was seen at 11am same day & a course of treatment was prescribed.
I cannot speak highly enough regarding this practice. The reception staff are very friendly, but professional in all their dealings. I do not feel like a number waiting to be seen. Dr. Offside is very professional in all his dealings, but never makes you feel you are wasting his time. He has a friendly manner & a visit is always good, & I come away feeling better, even if I am feeling dreadful!!!! I have never been made to feel I am wasting his time.
Long may this practice continue. Please do not become as some other practices, where on entering, pick up a number & then see whoever next becomes available.
I have several friends who are very envious of this surgery.
It is also great to have a pharmacy on the premises
