I've been with the Practice since it first opened & find it to be very clean, tidy & welcoming, with the addition of a few parking spaces.The reception team are very helpful & all the Doctors are good too. Never usually a problem to get an appointment for children on the day, but the online booking for myself is very good as I've had trouble in the past getting through on the phone in the morning. I would & have recommended this practice.

Appointments are available on line which I find useful (as are repeat prescriptions) but sometimes you have to wait a week or so to get the GP you want. I do find the system of phoning at 8.00 am on the day rather frustrating as the line can be continuously busy. If one wanted to have a confidential word with the receptionist in the surgery waiting area it is difficult as everyone else who is waiting can hear the conversation unless you whisper. I have nothing but praise for all the GPs who take time to listen and explain - you never feel rushed despite their heavy work load and the nurses too are kind and considerate.

After 15 years of what can only be described as very care from our GP's, they sold up to this Practice. Oh my, it could not be more different. Superb is an understatement. We have our favourite GP's but it makes no difference who you see, they are all of the highest quality. We are about to register for online appointment service, which comes highly recommended. This should make it even easier to make appointments. A 5 star practice. Thank you all.

Getting an appointment at a suitable time has always been difficult, however I have registered for online booking of appointments and that was so simple. I still feel sorry for those without computers, or relying on the phone. I always wonder why the place looks like the Marie Celeste on a Friday afternoon...and it seems that they have enough patients to warrant longer surgery hours. The waiting room is bright and recently extended. Intrigued by the question on age....is the expectation that by attending this practice some people may live to 150?...Please not me!
