We moved to Warlingham in December 2022 and we are so grateful that it was this surgery we registered with. We got Covid on moving day after having avoided it for nearly three years and Warlingham Green's doctors, nurses and reception staff could not have been more helpful. I can't remember ever being registered with a medical service that has been more proactive, and follows up on discussions and treatment. I've felt completely supported by the doctors and their team as I've encountered an unfortunate series of health challenges over the past six months. We are very grateful to be lucky enough to be registered with them. They are professional, empathetic, supportive and accessible.

I can't think of anything they could have done better.

Warlingham Green is an excellent surgery, very helpful staff, very well trained. I have never been refused an appointment, they are very committed to helping their patients

My grand-daughter had a severe ear ache. It took 2 hours to get through and although we explained she was in severe pain we were told to ring back at 2 pm. When we saw a GP, antibiotics were prescribed but a toddlers dose (Lily is 7). It was suggested we get a private covid test done. Fortunately I have some at home, negative was the result. 2 days later still in extreme pain she had blood coming from her ear, she was taken to hospital and found to have a perforated ear drum caused by infection.

Some one to answer the phone would be a good start. I will not comment on the diagnosis you make up your own minds.

I have been a patient of this practice for the last 3 years since I moved to Warlingham. I had been nervous about changing gp surgeries having been at my previous surgery very happily for 15 years. I need not have been concerned . This a really excellent practice well managed ,proactive, friendly , efficient ,maintaining a high standard of patient care even in this pandemic. Well done . Keep calm and carry on knowing you are appreciated.

May be reroute enquiries about whether prescriptions have been done to someone other than the poor receptionists, may be include a facility to check on line on the website?
