* Very efficient and pleasant receptionist when called to make appointment.
* Efficient nurse carrying out canual smear an unpleasant procedure made easier by thoughtfulness and effective suggestions.
* Seen on time.
* Appointment offered for next day - much quicker than expected.
Improvement - I had to hold for 14 minutes before getting through to make the appointment.
