Once again the surgery staff couldn't do enough to help us. I rang reception for some advice about my 5-year-old son who has had D plus V for a few days. Sue spoke to the duty Dr who said for us to come in straight away (it was 5.45 pm). The Dr saw us straight away, checked my son over then spoke to PAU at the hospital she then wrote us a referral letter and sent us straight to PAU where we were dealt with quickly (my son was dehydrated). Thank you every time I have rung about one of my children, the surgery has been extremely helpful.
