This is the most incompetent health centre. Every time I have telephoned for an appointment the receptionist tend to put a barrier between the patients and the GP. They tend to use Covid as an excuse and it is very difficult to get an appointment to see the GP let alone a telephone one too. If you manage to get a call through at 2 minutes past 8 am in the morning they tell you all the appointments have been taken including the telephone ones. The situation at Walnut Tree Health Centre has deteriorated and I am surprised it has been given a 5 star rating for appointments. I beg to differ and I have been registered with them for the past 27 years

Yes the Reception staff should be sent on diplomacy communication course to ensure that their attitude and rudeness is eradicated and beore sympathetic to patients. I have been put off attempting to call the health centre and in the process of transferring to another health center.

- The GP's are very helpful and understanding. - Communication with receptionist can be sometimes difficult with lack of empathy. Not all of them though. - Dr. Pathriana has made my experience here very good the care and her thorough investigations gave me a lot of confidence.
