The people in this surgery are friendly but it looks a mess when you walk in. Posters are all over, leaflets are messy and out of date. The is often out of date information on the walls. The new self check in screen has a tatty bit of paper saying have a go and use it. Just little things to make this more pleasing on the eye like laminated signs etc. would be good.
The reception staff are always helpful and will go above and beyond to help you. The other staff are also usually quite friendly, especially the person who takes blood.
It is easy to see a doctor usually and you don't have to wait too long. The doctors seem very knowledgable especially Dr. Rap and Dr. Harley.
